Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Photographer to support our photography team in executing high-quality shoots. The ideal candidate is someone with a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment. This role is ideal for someone starting their photography career and looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead photographer during shoots (studio and on-location)
• Set up photography equipment including cameras, lighting, and backdrops
• Help in staging, styling, and arranging products, models, or props
• Manage and organize photography gear before and after shoots
• Handle file transfers, backups, and basic photo sorting
• Coordinate with clients, models, and team members on shoot logistics
• Ensure timely setup and smooth workflow during photography sessions
• Provide creative input and suggestions during shoots, when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio and equipment
• Support in post-production tasks like selecting images or basic retouching (if skilled)

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras and photography principles
• Familiarity with lighting techniques and studio setup
• Aesthetic sense and attention to visual detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to take direction and learn quickly
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Passionate about photography and visual storytelling

Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in photography, visual arts, or related field is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Portfolio or sample work (personal or academic projects accepted)
• Prior internship or freelance experience is advantageous

Working days : Monday to Saturday

Work Time : 9.30 to 6.30

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
