Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, optimizing content for SEO, and analyzing digital performance. The ideal candidate should be data-driven and eager to grow within a dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with engaging and creative content.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for website and blog content.
• Assist in content creation for digital channels – website, blog, email newsletters, and ads.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Coordinate with designers and content writers for campaign creatives.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Assist in managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting, etc.).
• Support email marketing campaigns – list building, template design, and reporting.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Skills Required:

• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) is a plus.
• Portfolio of previous digital campaigns (if available).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
