Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and manage end-to-end digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising).
Manage social media presence and grow engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Handle Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
Create, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Manage website content updates and optimize for SEO and user experience.
Collaborate with the design and content team to create compelling digital assets.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Develop monthly marketing calendars and ensure timely campaign execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate or service industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and content marketing.
Analytical mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
