Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution (Google Ads & Meta)

  • Google Ads:

    Manage, optimize, and scale all Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Shopping, Display Network, and YouTube advertising campaigns to meet performance targets (CPA, ROAS).
  • Meta Advertising:

    Develop and execute highly targeted paid social media campaigns across

    Facebook and Instagram (Meta)

    , focusing on customer acquisition, retargeting, and brand awareness.
  • Budget Management:

    Accurately manage and forecast digital marketing budgets, allocating spend efficiently across channels based on performance data and business goals.
  • A/B Testing:

    Design and implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks for ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to continuously improve conversion rates.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content

  • Strategy:

    Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive qualified organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Technical SEO:

    Oversee website health, technical audits, site speed optimization, and structured data implementation.
  • Keyword Research:

    Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to inform content strategy.
  • Reporting:

    Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

3. Social Media & Branding

  • Branding & Consistency:

    Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all digital touchpoints (social media, website, ads).
  • Social Strategy:

    Develop, implement, and manage the overall

    social media strategy

    and content calendar for primary platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Community Engagement:

    Monitor social channels, engage with the community, and manage reputation and crisis communication as needed.
  • Creative Assets:

    Collaborate with internal/external design teams to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for each social platform.

4. Analytics and Reporting

  • Establish KPIs and provide regular, actionable performance reports across all digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email).
  • Utilize

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    and other measurement tools to track customer journeys, attribute conversions, and identify areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership, translating complex data into clear business insights.
