Job Description

Greet and engage with customers in a professional, warm, and inviting manner.
Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, including an understanding of precious metals , and the craftsmanship behind each piece.
Actively listen to customers' needs and preferences to guide them toward the perfect purchase, whether it's for a special occasion, an investment, or a personal indulgence.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of each jewellery piece.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain the pristine appearance and security of the showroom, including merchandise displays and a clean sales floor.
Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stock audits, receiving new shipments, and ensuring proper product placement.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and discretion.
Stay up-to-date with current jewellery trends, market prices, and competitor activities to provide knowledgeable advice.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and store-wide sales goals.
