We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to our store’s sales goals. You will assist customers, manage transactions, merchandise products, and help maintain a welcoming retail environment.

This role is pivotal in ensuring shoppers have a positive experience and frequently supports broader store objectives such as inventory control and brand loyalty
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter.
- Assist shoppers in finding products and provide detailed information about merchandise features, pricing, and promotions.
- Operate cash registers, process purchases and returns accurately, and balance drawers.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store remains clean and well-presented.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a courteous, timely manner.
- Promote products by cross-selling and upselling based on customer needs.
- Participate in achieving store sales goals through suggestive selling and special promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive retail environment and maintain visual showroom standards
