Key Responsibilities Greet customers courteously as they enter the store and offer prompt assistance. Listen to customer concerns and handle complaints and returns professionally. Provide detailed explanations about products, services, promotions, and store policies. Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences. Process transactions: Receive orders, calculate charges, handle payments, execute purchases, and process returns accurately using POS systems. Maintain store appearance: Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and keep the store clean and orderly. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies; assist with receiving and unpacking shipments. Address customer issues and resolve problems promptly, escalating to management when necessary. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Follow company guidelines and policies, including maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
