To accelerate our digital growth and strengthen our paid marketing presence, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing) to lead our global performance marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a full-funnel performance marketing strategy focused on lead generation, engagement, and conversion across international markets.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, and Programmatic platforms.
Lead and scale ad display campaigns, retargeting, and remarketing strategies to enhance conversion rates and nurture leads.
Drive efficiency and innovation in programmatic media buying, with working knowledge of DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) and SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms).
Execute and analyze video advertising campaigns across YouTube, OTT, and social channels for brand visibility and engagement.
Perform A/B testing, audience segmentation, and in-depth keyword and campaign performance analysis to continuously improve ROI.
Work closely with the Sales team to align campaign objectives, track lead quality, and refine ad strategies based on conversion insights.
Monitor and report campaign analytics, CAC, CPL, and ROI metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
Manage marketing budgets to ensure maximum impact and efficiency across all paid channels.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing team focused on performance and results.
Stay ahead of global trends in paid media, programmatic advertising, and digital technologies, especially in the EdTech landscape.
Desired Candidate Profile
8–10 years of proven experience in digital and performance marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong preference for candidates with EdTech or online education industry experience.
Deep expertise in paid search, display, social media advertising, retargeting, programmatic buying, and video marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads, DV360, and similar DSP tools.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and CRM integrations.
Proven experience in international lead generation and campaign optimization for diverse markets.
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Data-driven mindset with a passion for achieving measurable business growth.
