Strategic Marketing Manager

Job description We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both traditional and digital marketing strategies, a proven ability to drive lead generation, and the capability to analyze and optimize marketing performance. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement comprehensive traditional and digital marketing strategies. Plan marketing activities in coordination with internal teams and ensure seamless execution. Identify and explore new opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reach. Leadership & Team Management Head the marketing department and oversee all marketing operations, including social media activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on brand and campaign goals. Content & Campaign Management Supervise the creation and distribution of engaging content across various channels. Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand presence. Performance Analysis & Reporting Monitor and analyze marketing efforts using data-driven approaches. Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for improvement. Share actionable leads with the sales team to enhance customer acquisition. Event Management Occasionally travel to represent Edubex at educational fairs, exhibitions, and industry events. Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, specifically within the education sector. Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Proficiency in traditional marketing techniques and modern digital marketing tools. Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and their management. Ability to work independently in a remote setup with flexibility for occasional travel.
