Role Description We’re looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across multiple clients. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic yet execution-ready, understands B2B SaaS and tech, and enjoys crafting marketing engines that drive real outcomes — not vanity metrics. You’ll work closely with the founder and client teams to build strategies, manage execution, coordinate partners, and track performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning Develop monthly/quarterly marketing plans across content, SEO, social, ABM, email, and campaigns. Create ICP profiles, messaging frameworks, and positioning narratives for clients. Build content calendars aligned with funnel stages and business goals. 2. Content & Creative Management Guide content creation (blogs, LinkedIn posts, scripts, case studies, landing pages). Review, edit, and ensure brand consistency and clarity. Collaborate with designers/video editors to deliver high-quality assets. 3. Digital & Performance Marketing Plan and manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google). Own campaign setup, targeting, budgets, and performance tracking. Recommend optimizations based on analytics (CTR, CPL, conversions). 4. ABM & Demand Generation Build ABM lists, segment audiences, and run outreach flows. Coordinate email campaigns with tools like Instantly, Zoho, HubSpot, etc. Support sales teams with GTM decks, call scripts, and nurture flows. 5. Analytics & Reporting Track SEO, website performance, campaign data, and audience insights. Present clear weekly/monthly dashboards with action recommendations. Identify growth opportunities across channels. What You Need to Succeed 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Tech marketing. Strong understanding of content marketing, demand gen, ABM, and SEO. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, and email automation tools. Excellent written communication, editing, and storytelling skills. Ability to manage multiple clients with speed, ownership, and accountability. A bias for clarity, structure, and execution.
