As the Digital Media Head at GladOwl, a leading Digital Marketing Agency in Pune, your role will involve overseeing all aspects of digital marketing strategies and execution for clients. You will lead a team of professionals, develop and implement innovative campaigns, and ensure maximum visibility and engagement on digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - **Strategy Development:** - Design and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives. - Identify target audiences and effective digital channels for reaching them. - Oversee content strategy across social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC, and other digital campaigns. - **Campaign Management:** - Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns within budget and timelines. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations. - Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging content. - **Team Leadership:** - Manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative work environment. - Set clear goals and KPIs, providing regular feedback and evaluations. - Identify training opportunities to enhance team skills. - **Client Management:** - Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships. - Present campaign strategies and reports to clients, ensuring objectives are met. - Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell digital services. - **Industry Trends & Innovation:** - Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. - Experiment with new strategies to keep the agency at the industry forefront. - Lead initiatives for innovative digital marketing solutions. - **Budget Management:** - Develop and manage digital marketing budgets effectively. - Track campaign spending and ROI, adjusting strategies for efficiency. Qualifications: - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. - **Experience:** 7+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successful campaigns. - **Skills:** Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Analytical mindset and creative thinking are essential.,
