The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, a strong analytical mindset, and experience with various SEO tools and techniques. You will be responsible for optimizing our website content, conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance, and implementing strategies to improve our search engine rankings. Key Responsibilities: Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases that align with business goals and target audience interests. On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and user experience. Technical SEO: Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed problems. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies that drive organic traffic and improve user engagement. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor websites and strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and competitive advantages. Link Building: Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search engine rankings. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and keyword rankings, using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others. Algorithm Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO best practices to ensure the website remains compliant and competitive. Collaboration: Work closely with the web development, content, and social media teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital channels. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving website rankings and traffic. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to SEO. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO. Preferred Skills: Experience with local SEO strategies. Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and its impact on SEO. Experience with international SEO and managing multi-language websites.
