Key Responsibilities: - Define, implement, and oversee end-to-end digital marketing strategies across various channels. - Lead initiatives in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing. - Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize marketing ROI and foster business growth. - Mentor and lead a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve set targets. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies for maintaining a competitive edge. - Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align campaigns effectively. - Analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and present reports to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: - 7+ years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing, emphasizing leadership. - Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns. - Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities. - Creative mindset enabling the innovation and execution of impactful campaigns.
