Role Overview

The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives. This role demands a forward-thinking leader with expertise in digital marketing channels, team management, and strategic growth planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a results-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms: SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content, and email marketing.
• Leverage analytics and marketing tools to monitor performance, track KPIs, and present actionable insights to senior management.
• Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and digital presence across all online platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product, etc.) to drive integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹44,567.00 - ₹49,876.00 per month
