Job Description

strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute
end-to-end digital marketing strategies
aligned with real estate business goals
Lead
performance marketing campaigns
across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
Drive
qualified lead generation
for residential and commercial real estate projects
Plan and optimize
SEO, SEM, PPC, and display advertising
campaigns
Manage and optimize
marketing budgets
to maximize ROI and CPL
Oversee
social media marketing
, content planning, and brand communication
Analyze campaign performance using
Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing dashboards
Coordinate with sales teams to improve
lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel performance
Lead, mentor, and manage digital marketing executives and agency partners
Stay updated with
latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in
Digital Marketing Leadership
(preferably in Real Estate)
Strong expertise in
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Knowledge of
SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, Email Marketing
Experience with
CRM integration and marketing automation tools
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills
