Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offline marketing, ATL/BTL campaign execution, PR strategy , and a proven track record in real estate marketing . Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to real estate projects to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Plan and execute ATL (Above The Line) campaigns including TV, radio, print, and outdoor media. Lead BTL (Below The Line) initiatives such as events, on-ground activations, roadshows, and local area marketing. Oversee offline marketing efforts including brochures, hoardings, flyers, and site branding. Build and maintain strong public relations , liaise with media agencies, and manage press releases, events, and media interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure lead conversion. Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance through ROI analysis. Identify and engage with external vendors/agencies for creative, production, and event support. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements or innovations in strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the real estate industry . Proven expertise in ATL & BTL campaigns , offline marketing, and public relations. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve marketing performance metrics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and their integration with offline strategies. Existing network of media and PR contacts in the real estate sector. Creative thinking with an eye for design and brand consistency.
