Marketing Head

The HOM will directly, oversee the team (solid- line reporting) that focuses on product and service marketing, lead generation; and will work with the Enterprise and Publishing business units to provide active, engaged guidance (dotted-line reporting) to ensure sales objectives are achieved.

• Create a high-recall brand synonymous with the company's focus on personal and professional growth, and be able to drive and direct adequate resources (creative, content, and positioning) to launch and amplify marketing campaigns.
• Lead strategy and execution across key touch points of digital marketing: Websites Social Media, YouTube,
• Creating, managing, and optimizing a multi-channel acquisition strategy that drives qualified prospects to our websites, demonstrates our product leadership in the market, and optimizes sales conversion. Establish the company's value proposition among Publishers, Educational institutions and enterprises across global markets, in strong alignment with sales objectives
• Lead Performance Marketing; SEO efforts to enable strong impressions, high conversions, and optimal customer acquisition ratios to push the company's sales efforts.
• Collaborate with content marketing partners to produce thought leadership articles and sales collateral and ensure content development and publishing stay on schedule
• Conceptualize, create, and take custodianship of high-recall brand properties across formats (podcasts, newsletters, conferences, and awards).
• Drive higher sales conversion rates through sales enablement programs, including the development of training materials and sales/marketing collateral to support our growth efforts.
• Identify, recruit, and motivate best-in-class talent to build a high-performing team, shape the company's advocacy, corporate citizenship, and PR strategy and activities.
• Unleashthepowerofcustomertestimonials and advocacy to build a high-trust brand, firmly founded on delightful customer/learner experience.
