Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital initiatives at Makesense Advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing campaigns, leading a team, and driving measurable growth across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid campaigns
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
• Drive ROI-focused marketing efforts and optimize ad spend
• Collaborate with creative and sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns
• Stay hands-on with campaign creation, optimization, and reporting
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, and performance marketing
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field (MBA preferred)
