As a Digital Marketing Head at our fast-growing EdTech company, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital presence and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a digital marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives. - Leading and managing campaigns across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and performance marketing. - Driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition through innovative campaigns. - Overseeing marketing analytics, ROI measurement, and data-driven decision-making. - Collaborating with Sales, Academics, and Product teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. - Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing digital marketing team. - Managing marketing budgets and optimizing spends for maximum impact. - Staying updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the EdTech sector. Desired qualifications for this role include: - 8-10 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. - Prior experience in the EdTech industry is strongly preferred. - Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Marketing Automation. - Strong understanding of performance metrics, data analytics, and growth marketing. - Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. - Ability to drive measurable outcomes and business growth.
