About Us

Epic Venture is a dynamic venture capital firm with a diverse portfolio of companies. We actively manage and scale multiple ventures, and digital marketing plays a central role in driving growth across all of them. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head who can take ownership of our digital strategy and execution, ensuring consistent performance across SEO, SMM, Paid Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, content, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies for Epic Venture and its portfolio companies.
• Oversee and optimize performance across channels including SEO, social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), and content marketing.
• Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement for multiple companies simultaneously.
• Manage the digital marketing team, set performance goals, and mentor them to achieve results.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights and improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting new tools and strategies to enhance performance and ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, performance ads, content strategy, and analytics.
• Experience managing digital marketing for multiple brands or companies is a strong plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
