Digital Marketing Head

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead all our online marketing efforts and build a strong digital presence for our adventure and kids park. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and visitor growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Oversee social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns
• Manage content creation and ensure brand consistency across digital platforms
• Plan and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively
• Analyze campaign performance and generate ROI-focused reports
• Identify growth opportunities and emerging digital trends
• Lead, train, and mentor the digital marketing team
• Collaborate with creative, operations, and sales teams for integrated campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing with team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, SEO, and analytics tools
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
• Creative mindset and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
