Digital Marketing Head

This role demands a result-oriented leader who can build and scale campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Lead paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms. Drive SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing to increase lead generation. Oversee social media strategy and ensure consistent brand presence across channels. Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance using analytics tools. Collaborate with internal teams to plan campaigns, creatives, and landing pages. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI. Lead and mentor the digital marketing team for continuous growth. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles. MBA in Marketing is mandatory. Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content, and social media. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools, and CRM.
