Job Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Google Ads Team Leader to drive performance marketing campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Call Campaigns for both Indian and International markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind-set, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in optimizing Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities: Google Ads Strategy & Execution Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies for different campaign types (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Call Campaigns). Oversee the end-to-end campaign executionplanning, structuring, targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization. Ensure high ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates by continuously monitoring and refining campaigns. Conduct thorough keyword research and create tailored ad copy for maximum engagement and conversions. Optimize landing pages and ad creative to drive quality traffic and improve conversion rates. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Google Ads Specialists, ensuring their growth and consistent performance. Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making within the team. Optimization, Analysis & Reporting Utilize advanced data analysis to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights. Track and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to improve overall ROI. Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google Ads to ensure a competitive edge. Provide detailed reports & recommendations on campaign performance to stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Call Ads. Strong leadership & team management experience. Deep understanding of PPC campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and performance tracking. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup. Ability to analyze complex data and provide meaningful insights for performance improvement. Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Google Ads Certification is a plus.
