We are seeking a proactive and creative Senior Social Media Executive to manage and execute social media strategies for our clients from start to finish. Y ou will be responsible for delivering engaging content, creating and managing social media calendars, executing paid advertising campaigns (with a focus on Meta Ads), and ensuring timely delivery of client projects with measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, brand voice, and target audience. Develop comprehensive social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives. Coordinate with graphic designers to brief, review, and approve creatives for all campaigns. Create, curate, and oversee high-quality content (graphics, captions, videos, etc.) for various social platforms. Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions. Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed performance reports. Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging opportunities to keep strategies innovative. Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Suggest and implement new features to improve brand awareness and audience engagement. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency environment. Proven track record in managing and growing social media accounts for brands. Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager and paid campaign optimization. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Strong organizational and time management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
