Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for medium, enterprise, and large corporate clients across international and domestic markets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Build and manage sales pipelines, ensuring consistent lead nurturing and timely closures.

  • Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across geographies and verticals.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and pitches to CXO-level decision-makers.
  • Represent EZ Rankings at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.

  • Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise and high-value clients.
  • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning solutions with business goals.

  • Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and performance reports to management.
  • Work closely with leadership to refine pricing models, value propositions, and sales assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 810 years of proven sales experience in

    Digital Marketing, IT Services, or SaaS industry

    .
  • Strong track record of selling to

    medium, enterprise, and corporate brands

    (both International & Domestic).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with C-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Media, Social, ORM, Web Development).
  • Ability to manage large deal cycles, enterprise negotiations, and long-term client engagements.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
