Senior Manager- Client Success

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

Develop and manage client portfolios.

Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints promptly and effectively.

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the organization, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues that arise.

2. Business Growth and Profitability:

Sustain business growth and profitability by identifying opportunities to maximize the value provided to clients.

Develop strategies to minimize customer churn and improve overall customer retention.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze customer data to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.

Usedata to recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Prepare and present data, reports, and proposals to internal teams and clients.

4. Client Onboarding and Support:

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to ensure they understand how to use our products effectively.

Improve the onboarding process by evaluating and enhancing tutorials and other communication materials.

5. Communication and Presentation:

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.

6. TeamCollaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions to help improve products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-10years of experience in client handling, key account management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
