Product Analyst

Role & Responsibilities Analyze user behavior, transaction patterns, and process gaps to suggest product improvements. Track key metrics like transaction time, approval rates, and adoption levels. Identify anomalies such as pricing errors and duplicate orders, recommending corrective actions. Assist in automating approvals, order processing, and anomaly detection using AI tools. Improve client/vendor login and data visibility experiences. Collaborate with Tech teams to ensure smooth rollout of automation initiatives. Collect feedback from clients and internal teams to identify pain points. Support product demos and document integrations with ERP, logistics, and financial tools. Manage adoption of new product features. Monitor and prioritize product-related support tickets; escalate issues for timely resolution. Document recurring issues and suggest process improvements. Collaborate with Product Manager to define project scope and timelines. Research industry best practices to enhance product offerings. Contribute to strategic initiatives such as quick delivery and smart stocking. Preferred Candidate Profile Proficient in SQL for data analysis and query optimization. Experienced in database management and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Advanced skills in Excel and dashboarding/BI tools for reporting. Basic knowledge of Python scripting for automation and data manipulation. Analytical mindset with a passion for digging into data to find insights. Proactive problem solver who drives process improvements. Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple tools and technologies Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams and client interaction. Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
