Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst, your main role is to take ownership and resolve customer issues promptly. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: **Key Responsibilities:** - Resolving tickets received from clients within defined SLA - Coordinating with developers to fix issues reported in tickets - Following up with other teams for issues requiring code changes and updating clients accordingly - Collaborating with the US team to gather input on tickets - Regularly reviewing incidents logged - Using technical understanding to address and resolve client-raised issues - Ensuring all logged calls are clearly documented for easy understanding by any team member - Taking daily responsibility for issue resolution through CRM tool - Implementing fixes/changes based on agreed processes - Providing regular client and internal communication on activity and incidents, highlighting any potential delivery issues to the Team Leader/Support Manager - Escalating to Team Leader/Support Manager in case of resource conflicts or SLA risks **Qualifications:** - Experience with Oracle or Microsoft SQL server database (Certification preferred) - Client interaction exposure - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - Willingness to work in rotational/US shifts and weekend shifts **Required Skills:** - 0-1 year of experience - Immediate availability preferred - Ability to share ideas and be self-confident - Proactive, solution-oriented, and a quick learner **Preferred Skills:** - Desire to exceed SLAs and suggest more efficient ways of working - Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong internal and external communication skills - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines - Positive attitude, team player, efficient, and proactive Please note that this role offers the opportunity to work in a challenging environment where your problem-solving skills and proactive attitude will be highly valued.,
