Position: Digital Marketing Expert
Experience: 3+ Years

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert with 3+ years of hands-on digital experience to lead strategy, manage campaigns, oversee SEO/SEM, handle analytics, coordinate content and branding, and drive measurable performance outcomes. The candidate must be data-oriented, creative, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary owner and decision-maker for all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain the company’s overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide insights, planning, and execution for branding, lead generation, and digital growth.
  • Collaborate with management to define campaigns, budgets, timelines, and expected outcomes.

Website & SEO Responsibilities

  • Own website presence, performance, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and user experience.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Monitor and improve search rankings, traffic, and domain authority.
  • Ensure consistent content optimization across the site.

Content & Social Media Responsibilities

  • Create, plan, and manage engaging content for website, landing pages, blogs, and social media.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Schedule posts, track engagement, and build communities organically.
  • Oversee creative asset production (design briefs, copywriting, video requirements).

Paid Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute performance/paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing, target audience segmentation, CTR optimization, and budget management.
  • Track ROI and reduce acquisition costs through data-driven optimization.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: impressions, CTR, leads, conversions, bounce rate, session duration, etc.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and campaign-specific performance reports for management.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

Email & CRM Responsibilities

  • Manage email marketing campaigns, drip funnels, newsletters, and automations.
  • Integrate CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Track lead journey, nurture leads, and support sales conversion.

Branding & Reputation Management

  • Maintain consistency of brand image, messaging, and digital identity.
  • Respond/manage online reviews, testimonials, and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with design, HR (for employer branding), and sales teams.

Technical & Coordination Responsibilities

  • Work with developers, creatives, vendors, or agencies when specialized tasks are outsourced.
  • Manage digital tools, marketing platforms, hosting, and integrations.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing funnel, audience psychology, and buyer behaviour.
  • Ability to generate high-quality leads and optimize conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Technical & Platform Skills

  • Expertise in:
  • SEO & SEM
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads
  • Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager
  • Facebook Business Manager
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Email automation platforms
  • Understanding of HTML basics, WordPress, and CRO techniques (advantageous).

Content & Communication Skills

  • Strong copywriting & content creation skills.
  • Understanding of visual branding and design coordination.
  • Clear communication with management and external stakeholders.

Project & Self-Management Skills

  • Ability to handle end-to-end digital marketing independently.
  • Excellent time management and accountability.
  • Problem-solving mindset and data-driven thinking.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Marketing
  • Digital Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • Communications
  • OR any field with proven digital marketing expertise

(Formal degree can be waived if there is demonstrable experience and portfolio)

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of independently managing campaigns and delivering measurable results.

Certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • HubSpot Digital Marketing or SEO Certification
  • Meta Blueprint Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
