Your Responsibilities
As an AI-Driven Digital Content & PR Strategist, you will be the digital voice of our brands, driving awareness, engagement, and monetization.You will:Social Media & ContentDevelop and execute AI-empowered social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals.Manage, schedule, and monitor content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.Use AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, Synthesia, etc.) to create platform-optimized content — photos, videos, and scripts.Design engaging graphics, reels, carousels, infographics, and short videos using Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and AI-based tools.Apply AI-driven optimization for captions, hashtags, content timing, and targeting.YouTube Content StrategyOwn end-to-end YouTube strategy — ideation, scripting, SEO-driven descriptions, thumbnails, scheduling, and analytics.Drive channel growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities.Podcast ManagementManage podcasts from guest outreach and scheduling to recording, editing, and distribution across platforms (Spotify, Apple, YouTube).Develop strategies to integrate podcasts into broader brand storytelling.PR & VisibilityBuild and execute PR strategies to amplify visibility of founder-led branding, NGO initiatives, and export verticals.Foster media partnerships, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups to expand reach.Community & EngagementEngage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and nurture online communities.Drive digital campaigns that encourage participation and build brand advocacy.Performance & ReportingTrack and analyze performance metrics via analytics tools, producing monthly reports with data-driven recommendations.Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp, Substack, or similar tools — integrating AI for personalization and engagement.What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of social media/digital marketing experience (internships count).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube content formats.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, automation, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and AI-powered design/video tools.
- Creative copywriting, captioning, and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio).
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
✔ Experience managing YouTube channels or podcasts. ✔ Exposure to PR/media outreach, influencer collaborations, or brand storytelling. ✔ Prior work with NGOs, social ventures, or founder-led brands. ✔ Knowledge of SEO, blog/content management, or email marketing. ✔ Skills in AI-based video editing, image generation, and automated posting.
