About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst with 3+ years of hands-on experience to strengthen our performance, analytics, and growth marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, AI-driven optimization (AIO), GEO strategies, and marketing analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

What you will do:

  • Own and manage SEO performance across websites, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
  • Implement and optimize AIO (AI Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search and discovery platforms
  • Track, analyze, and report website and campaign performance using GA4
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and Power BI for traffic, and funnel performance
  • Perform data analysis to identify growth opportunities, drop-offs, and optimization areas
  • Work closely with Product, content, website teams to drive performance improvements
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Ensure accurate tracking through analytics setups and event implementations

  • AIO (AI Optimization) – Mandatory
  • GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) – Mandatory
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & GTM
  • Power BI – Dashboard creation & reporting
  • Looker Studio – Marketing and performance reporting
  • CRO

Education & Experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Analytics or a similar role
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into business insights
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and performance measurement
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple traffic sources
