Role & Responsibilities:

• Work from office and support digital marketing activities.
  
• Assist in planning, creating, and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  
• Maintain and manage lead management systems and marketing tools.
  
• Analyze leads and suggest improvements for better lead conversion.
  
• Manage the marketing budget and generate quality leads in a cost-effective manner.
  
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and management.
  
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
  

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in

  Real Estate lead generation

  (Plots, Apartments, Villas) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of:
  
• Social media marketing
  
• Internet and digital marketing channels
  
• SEO, SEM, PPC, and current digital marketing trends
  
• Platforms such as

  Facebook, Google, WhatsApp

  , and other marketing tools
• Good communication skills in

  Tamil and English

  .
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
  
• Candidate must be

  based in Chennai

  .

• Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory

• Degree in

  Marketing, Sales, or a related field
