Key Responsibilities

• Content Development: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, blogs, websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Manage and optimize company social media accounts, schedule posts, engage with audiences, and track performance metrics.
• SEO & Website Optimization: Assist in keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, content optimization, and monitoring website performance.
• Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and audience segmentation.
• Market & Competitor Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience behavior to support marketing initiatives.
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and senior marketers to plan and implement marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, or ad platforms is an added advantage.
