Analyze campaign and funnel performance metrics including traffic, form fills, inquiries, AQLs, MQLs, and contribution to pipeline and revenue. Develop and maintain automated and manual feedback files to pass offline conversion and audience data into advertising platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook). Build and maintain clear, interactive dashboards in Power BI to support marketing stakeholders. Write efficient SQL queries to support reporting and ad hoc investigations across marketing and sales data. Adjust and troubleshoot advertising tags (e.g., floodlight, LinkedIn Insight, Meta Pixel) deployed via Adobe Launch on Avalaras website. Collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure proper tagging, campaign hierarchy, and data integrity. Validate and QA data across tools like Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense. Translate analysis into insights and recommendations for digital campaign optimizations and strategic decisions. What You’ll Need to Be Successful 3–5 years of experience in a marketing analytics, digital marketing, or marketing operations role. Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels and metrics: website visitors, leads, form fills, inquiries, AQLs, MQLs, and opportunities. Proficiency with Power BI for building user-friendly dashboards and marketing performance reports. Strong SQL skills (intermediate to advanced), including experience with joins, filters, and aggregations across large datasets. Experience managing audience or conversion data uploads into ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager). Familiarity with tag management systems , especially Adobe Launch , to deploy or troubleshoot marketing pixels and tags. Ability to reconcile and clean data across marketing systems and deliver actionable business insights. Clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, ops, and digital teams.
