Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The candidate should be able to provide construction detailed drawings, provide 2D and 3D designs, able to work on working plans in the
residential apartment projects.
Should be able to
Coordinate
with Operations and Engineering team on regular basis and coordinate and provide drawings needed for the sites for construction activities
Should have knowledge to coordinate with structural engineering team to get necessary drawings.
Ability to do 3D designs and rendering

Preferred candidate profile:

Degree in Architecture is preferred

Tools such as AUTOCAD, REVIT, SKETCHUP, LUMINUS, etc

Spoken Languages:

Tamil & English - Mandatory

Work Location:

Ashok Nagar, Chennai.
