We serve a growing user base across India and Africa, and we are looking for a dynamic Digital Campaign Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives. Role Overview: As the Digital Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand growth. You will manage paid media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics to ensure strong ROI and campaign effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing Manage PPC campaigns, monitor budgets, and optimize for maximum ROI Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to boost organic traffic Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights Collaborate closely with content, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Stay current with digital marketing trends and recommend new tools and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Around 1 year of experience managing digital marketing campaigns or related roles Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO basics Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Experience in EdTech or technology startups is a plus Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to grow your digital marketing career in a fast-growing EdTech startup Collaborative and innovative work culture Professional development and mentorship opportunities Show more Show less
