About the Job: Job Title: Digital Adoption Specialist Skills: Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Communication Skills Experience Required: 2 to 6 Years Location: Bangalore (Work From Office, 5 days) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Adoption Specialist who will be responsible for driving successful adoption of digital solutions with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong instructional design or customer-facing background, coupled with technical knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and excellent communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Work with global customers to identify training needs, understand applications and processes, and derive actionable insights to improve adoption. Manage multiple projects, initiatives, and engagements concurrently. Develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance in deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and process efficiencies. Consult, ideate, and propose optimal adoption solutions. Review, analyze, and optimize adoption solutions to increase end-user engagement. Requirements: 2 to 6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Software Development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with global stakeholders. Technical knowledge/experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with problem-solving mindset. Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to ERP, CRM, CLM applications (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Awareness of diverse cultures across geographies. Additional Details: Shift Timing: US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST) Shift Allowance: ?350 per shift Cab Allowance: within 8 km radius of office Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office Qualification & Certification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field. Certifications in Instructional Design / Technical Writing / related areas will be an added advantage.
