Job Description

As a Digital Adoption Specialist at Logile, you will play a crucial role in building and optimizing in-app guidance experiences using tools like WalkMe to enhance onboarding processes, reduce classroom training, and improve self-service capabilities across Logile's retail solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and maintaining in-app guidance experiences using WalkMe and other digital adoption tools. - Creating onboarding flows, tooltips, and walkthroughs for high-usage features on both mobile and desktop platforms. - Ensuring proper configuration and activation of WalkMe on all new customer accounts. - Testing and troubleshooting WalkMe builds across various customer environments and user roles. - Collaborating with Product, QA, and Customer Experience teams to facilitate new feature rollouts and maintain alignment with branding and segmentation. - Supporting mobile onboarding and real-time learning experiences for software users. - Integrating FAQs, real-life examples, and education into point-of-need learning. - Contributing to the reduction of classroom training hours and the increase in product adoption. - Continuously improving builds based on feedback, analytics, and evolving product UI/UX. - Contributing to measurable enhancements in onboarding engagement, product adoption, and customer satisfaction. You should meet the following job requirements: - Possess 2+ years of experience in digital adoption, UX design, or instructional technology. - Have hands-on experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms. - Demonstrate a basic understanding of UI/UX principles, HTML, CSS, and jQuery. - Exhibit strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, QA, and CX. - Be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. - Be willing to work in-office in Bhubaneswar, India. - Be flexible to work US business hours and collaborate across global teams. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science, UX Design, or a related field. - Certification in WalkMe or digital adoption platforms is a plus. - Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is considered a bonus.
