Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain in-app guidance experiences using WalkMe and other digital adoption tools.
• Create onboarding flows, tooltips, and walkthroughs for high-usage features across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Ensure WalkMe is properly configured and active on all new customer accounts.
• Test and troubleshoot WalkMe builds across customer environments and user roles.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Customer Experience teams to support new feature rollouts and ensure alignment with branding and segmentation.
• Support mobile onboarding and real-time learning experiences for software users
• Integrate FAQs, real-life examples, and education into point-of-need learning.
• Contribute to reducing classroom training hours and increasing product adoption.
• Continuously improve builds based on feedback, analytics, and evolving product UI/UX.

• Contribute to measurable improvements in onboarding engagement, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital adoption, UX design, or instructional technology.
• Hands-on experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, CX).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work in-office in Bhubaneswar, India.
• Flexibility to work US business hours and collaborate across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science, UX Design, or related field.
• Certification in WalkMe or digital adoption platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is a bonus.
