DGM - Financial Planning & Analysis

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning processes.
• Collaborate with leadership, business, product, and growth teams to provide data-driven strategic insights.
• Design and monitor KPIs, dashboards, MIS, and variance analysis to evaluate business performance and unit economics.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses to support growth, pricing, and investment decisions.
• Analyze revenue drivers, cost structures, and margins to identify performance improvement opportunities across functions.
• Establish scalable FP&A processes, planning calendars, and reporting frameworks to support business growth.
• Coordinate with finance controllership teams to ensure alignment between planning, actuals, and reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
• Manage investor relations, including investor updates, fundraising initiatives, and coordination with legal, compliance, and external advisors during equity or debt raises.
  

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory.
• 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, financial planning, or analytics roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
• Solid understanding of unit economics, SaaS/Fintech metrics, and growth-stage business models.
• Experience in Fintech, WealthTech, NBFC, BFSI, SaaS, or high-growth startups is preferred.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
