DGM - Financial Planning & Analysis

We are seeking DGM - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead enterprise-widefinancial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics for a fast-growing WealthTechfintech. This role will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing data-driveninsights, building scalable financial frameworks, and enabling informed decision-making tosupport rapid growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range
  

• Partner closely with leadership, business, product, and growth teams to provide
  

• Design and track KPIs, MIS, dashboards, and variance analysis to monitor business
  

• Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses to
  

• Analyze revenue drivers, cost structures, and margins, driving performance
  

• Establish scalable FP&A processes, planning calendars, and reporting frameworks as
  

• Work closely with finance controllership teams to ensure alignment between planning,
  

• Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, fostering a high-performance and
  

• Experience in managing investor relations, including ownership of the investor cell,
  

• Hands-on experience in fundraising processes and legal & financial due diligence,
  

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.
• 710 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A / financial planning / analytics
  

• Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and
  

• Solid understanding of unit economics, SaaS / fintech metrics, and growth-stage
  

• Prior experience in Fintech, WealthTech, NBFC, BFSI, SaaS, or high-growth
  

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert complex data into clear business
  

• High comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with senior
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
