What We Need
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead CI/CD pipeline development and Git workflow optimization across our engineering organization. This role is pivotal in driving automation, operational excellence, and scalable software delivery. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with deep expertise in DevOps tooling, cloud infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing
Role Responsibilities
CI/CD Systems & Automation
-
Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for reliable, scalable software delivery

Integrate automated testing, security scans, and quality gates
-
Ensure fast feedback loops and high availability of build systems
Git & Source Control
-
Define and enforce Git branching strategies (e.g., GitFlow, trunk-based)
-
Automate versioning, tagging, and release processes
-
Optimize Git workflows for multi-team collaboration
Cloud & Infrastructure Integration
-
Collaborate with cloud and development teams to automate deployments
-
Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
-
Manage secrets and secure configurations within CI/CD workflows
Collaboration & Leadership
-
Partner with development, QA, and operations teams to deliver seamless automation

Act as a DevOps SME and mentor engineers on best practices
-
Lead DevOps initiatives and champion continuous improvement
Operational Excellence

Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD systems
-
Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools to evolve DevOps strategy
Qualifications & Skills
Required
-
7+ years in DevOps, build/release engineering, or automation
-
Advanced Git expertise and branching strategy implementation
-
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
-
Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible)

Excellent problem-solving skills across distributed systems
Preferred
-
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
-
Knowledge of observability tools (monitoring, logging, tracing)
-
Exposure to DevSecOps and security-first CI/CD workflows
-
Prior leadership or mentoring experience in DevOps teams
