About the Role We are looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of production systems. You’ll work closely with backend, frontend, and data teams to streamline development workflows and maintain robust cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities ● Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes. ● Maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure) ensuring high availability and cost optimization. ● Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform, or CloudFormation. ● Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for scalable microservices deployments. ● Implement and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions. ● Work closely with developers to integrate infrastructure and deployment best practices into the development lifecycle. ● Maintain version control workflows (Git, GitHub/GitLab) and enforce branching strategies. ● Enhance system security by managing firewalls, access controls, SSL, IAM policies, and compliance. ● Optimize CI/CD pipelines for performance, testing coverage, and rollback safety. ● Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and deployment issues quickly and effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ● 2+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer / Cloud Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer. ● Strong proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting. ● Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). ● Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration. ● Working knowledge of AWS / GCP / Azure cloud services. ● Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible. ● Experience in monitoring and log management tools. ● Understanding of networking, load balancers, DNS, and VPNs. ● Good understanding of security best practices and system hardening. Preferred Qualifications ● Experience with NestJS, Node.js, React, or microservices-based architectures. ● Familiarity with container registries and package management systems. ● Exposure to cost optimization and cloud billing management. ● Knowledge of Python / Bash scripting for automation. ● Experience in blue-green deployments and rolling updates. ● Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, or Terraform Associate) are a plus.
