Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of innovative and functional buildings, ensuring they meet client needs, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities: Develop architectural designs and blueprints for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success. Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental sustainability standards. Manage project budgets and timelines effectively. Provide guidance on material selection and construction methods. Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress and resolve design issues. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Professional certification or licensure (as required by location). Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and construction techniques. Experience in project management is a plus.
