BUILDTECH BUILDERS is looking for Architect to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team at BUILDTECH BUILDERS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and excellent design skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with designs.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design-related issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and project managers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Ensure all projects meet required standards, codes, and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
