Contribute to sustainable, cost-effective, and client-focused design outcomes. --- Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in architectural design and project coordination. Proficiency in design and visualization software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/3ds Max, Enscape/ D5Render/Photoshop). Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and material specifications. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines. --- Preferred Skills Experience in interior design projects. Exposure to sustainable and green building design principles.
