We are looking for a motivated and creative Architect with 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, planning, and execution of projects, ensuring high standards of functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with regulations. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse architectural projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed working drawings.

Prepare 2D/3D designs, floor plans, elevations, and presentation material.

Collaborate with principal architects, consultants, and engineers to deliver innovative and practical design solutions.

Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors during project execution.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.

Prepare technical documentation, BOQs, and specifications for approvals.

Utilize design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools.

Contribute to sustainable, cost-effective, and client-focused design outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.

Proficiency in design and visualization software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/3ds Max, Enscape/ D5Render/Photoshop).

Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and material specifications.

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.

Experience in interior design projects.
