Blitzy is a Boston, MA based Generative AI Start-up with an established office in Pune, India. We are on a mission to automate custom software creation to unlock the next industrial revolution.

Were looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to architect and maintain the infrastructure that powers our revolutionary AI agent ecosystem. Youll work directly with our Senior DevOps Engineer (Peter White, based in the US) and collaborate with engineering teams across both our Cambridge and Pune offices to build scalable, resilient systems that support our cutting-edge AI platform.

This role offers the unique opportunity to work at the intersection of traditional DevOps and emerging AI infrastructure, creating systems that enable thousands of AI agents to collaborate seamlessly in generating enterprise-grade software. Youll take ownership of critical infrastructure components while supporting both our Blitzy platform and client projects as needed.

• You build and maintain robust Kubernetes infrastructure that scales effortlessly to support our AI agent ecosystem
• You create and optimize CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools that enable rapid, reliable deployment
• You develop Python-based automation that eliminates manual tasks and accelerates development velocity
• You implement monitoring and observability systems that provide deep insights into infrastructure and application performance
• You collaborate effectively with engineering teams in Pune and the US to improve developer experience
• You proactively identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks before they impact customers
• You contribute to infrastructure best practices that support our rapid growth
• You take ownership of the systems you build and operate them throughout their lifecycle
• You communicate openly about technical decisions, keeping teams aligned on your rationale
• You maintain high availability for production services supporting enterprise customers
