Job Location:- Malad, Mumbai

Exp Required:- 6 months to 3 Years

Tech Check / Desktop Support/24/7 Work from office- L1 Support

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support: Respond to user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking problems.
Installation & Configuration: Set up new systems, install applications, and configure peripherals.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues remotely or on-site.
Maintenance: Perform routine checks, updates, and repairs on IT equipment.
Documentation: Maintain logs of issues, solutions, and system configurations.
User Training: Educate users on new software, basic troubleshooting, and IT policies.
Security Compliance: Ensure systems adhere to security protocols and install antivirus software.

 Proven experience in desktop or technical support roles

 Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments

 Knowledge of office automation tools and computer peripherals

 Understanding of network security and antivirus programs

 Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

 good communication and customer service skills
