Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Support:

  • Respond to and resolve user issues via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software (Microsoft 365, browsers, email clients, etc.).
  • Hardware Support:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Replace or upgrade faulty components (RAM, hard drives, etc.).
  • Software & Application Support:

  • Install and update software applications.
  • Troubleshoot application errors and compatibility issues.
  • Network Support:

  • Assist with basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, IP configuration).
  • Report and escalate complex network issues to higher-level IT support.
  • System Maintenance:

  • Perform regular system checks, updates, and patch management.
  • Maintain asset inventory and ensure security compliance on all devices.
  • Documentation:

  • Log all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Create and update technical documentation and user guides.
