Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting issues, and offering printer support. Day-to-day tasks will include setting up, maintaining, and upgrading computer systems and providing prompt responses to technical queries and issues from end-users. The role requires collaboration with other IT team members to ensure smooth IT operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support
• Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Experience with Printer Support
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
